Welcome to OCR Text Recognition Assistant. This OCR Text Recognition Assistant User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') is the relevant rights and obligations between the user and OCR Text Recognition Assistant in relation to the user-oriented services provided. Therefore, please read and fully understand all the contents of this Agreement before agreeing to become a user of OCR Text Recognition Assistant, and when you sign this Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to accept all the specifications of this Agreement and are willing to be bound by it, and this Agreement has legal effect on you and OCR Text Recognition Assistant.
1. Service objects
To become an OCR Assistant user, you must meet the following requirements:
(1) Fully agree to this OCR Text Recognition Assistant User Agreement;
(2) Officially registered users of OCR text recognition assistant.
2. Service content
Users can use the services provided by OCR Text Recognition Assistant for online submission of vulnerabilities, gift redemption, online watermarking of documents, etc.
3. Change, interruption and termination of service content
3.1 OCR Text Recognition Assistant is committed to providing users with better and more stable services, during which OCR Text Recognition Assistant may do some platform optimization and upgrades, and will prompt to modify the content on important pages or notify developers in other ways.
3.2 OCR Character Recognition Assistant is not responsible for service interruption or failure to meet user requirements caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, riots, material shortages or rationing, riots, acts of war, government actions, communication or other facility failures or serious casualties, etc.), computer viruses or hacker attacks.
3.3 OCR Text Recognition Assistant has the right to determine whether the user's behavior meets the requirements of this Agreement, and if the user violates the provisions of this Agreement, OCR Text Recognition Assistant has the right to interrupt or terminate the services provided to it, or take other measures as OCR Text Recognition Assistant deems appropriate.
3.4 Users must always meet the conditions for authenticating their identity, otherwise OCR Text Recognition Assistant has the right to withdraw their user identity.
4. User's account, password and security
Once the user becomes an officially registered user of OCR Text Recognition Assistant, he or she can enjoy the corresponding services through the OCR Text Recognition Assistant User Center. Users can change their passwords at any time and keep them strictly confidential. If you find any illegal use or security vulnerability, please notify the OCR text recognition assistant immediately in writing or by email.
5. User obligations
5.1 The data provided by the OCR text recognition assistant shall not be used to endanger national security, leak state secrets, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of the state, society and citizens, and use the data provided by the OCR text recognition assistant to produce, copy and disseminate the following information:
(1) Inciting resistance or undermining the implementation of the Constitution, laws, and administrative regulations;
(2) Inciting the subversion of state power and the overthrow of the socialist system;
(3) Inciting secession or undermining national unity;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermining national unity;
(5) Fabricating or distorting facts, spreading rumors, and disrupting social order;
(6) Promoting feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crimes;
(7) Blatantly insulting others or fabricating facts to slander others, or making other malicious attacks;
(8) Damaging the credibility of state organs;
(9) Other violations of the Constitution and laws and administrative regulations.
6. Compensation for breach of contract
6.1 If OCR Text Recognition Assistant causes losses to users due to violations of relevant laws, regulations or any terms of this Agreement, OCR Text Recognition Assistant agrees to bear the liability for damages caused thereby, and the amount of compensation shall not exceed the remaining unused payment amount.
6.2 The user agrees to protect and protect the interests of OCR Text Recognition Assistant and other users, and agrees to bear the liability for damages caused by losses caused to OCR Text Recognition Assistant or any other third party due to the user's violation of relevant laws, regulations or any terms under this Agreement.
7. Changes to the terms of service
OCR Text Recognition Assistant has the right to modify all terms of service of this Agreement when necessary, and once the terms of service change, the modification content will be prompted on the important page or otherwise notified to the user. If the user does not accept the modification of the terms of service, the user can stop using the services provided by OCR Text Recognition Assistant at any time. If the user continues to use the OCR text recognition assistant service, it is deemed to have accepted the changes to the terms of service of this Agreement.
8. Application of law
The validity and interpretation of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the user and OCR Text Recognition Assistant agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Chinese courts. If the terms of service provided by OCR text recognition assistant conflict with the laws of the People's Republic of China, these terms will be completely reinterpreted in accordance with the provisions of the law, while other terms will still have legal effect and impact on users.
9. Other provisions
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties on the matters agreed in this Agreement and other related matters, and does not grant any other rights to the parties to this Agreement except as provided in this Agreement.
9.2 If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
9.3 Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and should be omitted in the interpretation of this Agreement.
10. Opinions and suggestions
Users' comments and suggestions on any part of the service or any part of these terms of service can be fed back to OCR text recognition assistant through the official website.
