User Service Agreement

Article 1Scope of the agreement

1.1 Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (the user) and the OCR Text Recognition Assistant (hereinafter referred to as 'we', 'us' or 'the Platform') regarding the use of OCR Text Recognition Service.

1.2 Service content

This Agreement applies to all services we provide, including but not limited to:

• Universal text recognition service
• Table recognition and conversion services
• PDF document processing services
• Formula recognition service
• Graphic translation services
• Batch processing services
• API interface service

1.3 Validity of the Agreement

This Agreement, together with the privacy policy and usage rules issued by us, constitute a complete service agreement system.

Article 2Account registration and management

2.1 Registration Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of your guardian to use the Services
• Provide true, accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China
• Agree to all terms of this Agreement

2.2 Account security

• You are obligated to protect the security of your account password
• The account may not be transferred, sold, or lent to another person
• Notify us immediately if you find any account abnormalities
• Responsible for all activities under the account

2.3 Account Cancellation

You can apply to cancel your account at any time, and we will delete your personal information after cancellation, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

Article 3Service usage specifications

3.1 Lawful Use

You undertake to use our Services only for lawful purposes and not:

• Upload files that contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory content
• infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other legitimate rights and interests of others
• Spreading viruses, malicious code, or other harmful programs
• Engage in any conduct that may harm the proper functioning of the Services
• Attempt to crack, reverse engineer, or otherwise obtain the service source code

3.2 Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all content you upload
• Make sure you have the legal rights to upload content
• Content involving state secrets and trade secrets shall not be uploaded
• Respect the privacy of others and do not upload other people's private information

Article 4Service Fees and Payments

4.1 Service Types

• Free Services:Basic OCR recognition function, limited daily use
• Paid Services:Advanced features, unlimited reps, priority processing, and more

4.2 Fee standards

• The specific fee standard is subject to the price published on the website
• We reserve the right to adjust the price with advance notice
• Fees paid are not subject to price adjustments

4.3 Payment Methods

• Support mainstream payment methods such as WeChat Pay and Alipay
• The service will take effect immediately after successful payment
• For questions during the payment process, please contact customer service in time

4.4 Refund Policy

• Service interruptions caused by us can be refunded
• No refunds will be given for subjective reasons such as not using it or being unsatisfied with the effect
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase

Article 5intellectual property

6.2 Service Restrictions

• The recognition accuracy is affected by factors such as image quality and content complexity
• Service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, etc
• Support for special formats or languages may be limited
• Batch processing may require waiting in line

Article 7Dispute resolution

7.1 Governing Law

The signing, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

• Priority is given to resolving disputes through friendly negotiations
• if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction for resolution
• The other terms of the agreement will remain in effect during the dispute resolution

Article 8Other Terms

8.1 Agreement Integrity

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Services and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written.

8.2 Independence of Terms

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
