OCR Text Recognition Assistant - User Agreement

Welcome to OCR. This OCR User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a specification of the rights and obligations established between the user and OCR for the services provided to the user. Therefore, please read and fully understand all the contents of this Agreement before agreeing to become a user of OCR Text Recognition Assistant, and when you sign this Agreement, you are deemed to agree to accept all the specifications of this Agreement and are willing to be bound by it, and this Agreement has legal effect on you and OCR Text Recognition Assistant.
1. Service Target
To become an OCR user, you must meet the following requirements:
(1) Fully agree to this OCR User Agreement;
(2) Officially registered users of OCR Assistant.
2. Service content
Users can use the services provided by OCR Text Recognition Assistant for online vulnerability submission, gift redemption, online document watermarking, etc.
3. Change, interruption and termination of service content
3.1 OCR Text Recognition Assistant is committed to providing users with better and more stable services, during which OCR Text Recognition Assistant may do some platform optimization and upgrades, and will prompt modifications on important pages or notify developers in other ways, if the user's negligence in notifying its own application losses, OCR Text Recognition Assistant does not need to bear any responsibility for this.
3.2 OCR Text Recognition Assistant shall not be liable for service interruption or failure to meet the user's requirements caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, riots, material shortages or rationing, riots, acts of war, government actions, communication or other facility failures or serious casualties, etc.), computer viruses or hacker attacks.
3.3 OCR has the right to determine whether the user's behavior meets the requirements of this Agreement, and if the user violates the provisions of this Agreement, OCR has the right to suspend or terminate the services provided to the user, or take other measures that OCR believes is appropriate.
3.4 The user must meet the conditions of the corresponding authentication identity at all times, otherwise OCR has the right to withdraw the user's identity.
4. User's account, password and security
Once a user becomes an officially registered user of OCR Assistant, he or she can enjoy the corresponding services through the OCR User Center. Users may change their passwords at any time as they wish, and their passwords shall be kept strictly confidential. If you become aware of any illegal use or security breach, please immediately notify OCR in writing or by email.
5. Obligations of Users
5.1 The data provided by the OCR text recognition assistant shall not be used to endanger national security, leak state secrets, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of the state, society, collectives, and citizens, and shall not use the data provided by the OCR text recognition assistant to produce, reproduce, and disseminate the following information:
(1) Inciting resistance to or undermining the implementation of the Constitution, laws, or administrative regulations;
(2) inciting subversion of state power and overthrowing the socialist system;
(3) inciting separatism or undermining national unity;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Fabricating or distorting facts, spreading rumors, or disrupting social order;
(6) Advocating feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crimes;
(7) Publicly insulting others or fabricating facts to slander others, or carrying out other malicious attacks;
(8) Damaging the credibility of state organs;
(9) Other violations of the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations.
6. Compensation for breach of contract
6.1 In the event of any loss caused to the User due to OCR's violation of relevant laws, regulations or any terms of this Agreement, OCR agrees to be liable for the resulting damages, and the amount of compensation shall not exceed the remaining unused payment amount.
6.2 The User agrees to protect and safeguard the interests of OCR and other Users, and agrees to be liable for any damages caused to OCR or any other third party due to the User's violation of relevant laws, regulations or any terms of this Agreement.
7. Changes to the Terms of Service
OCR has the right to modify all the terms of service of this Agreement when necessary, and once the terms of service are changed, the user will be notified of the modification on the important page or in other ways. If the user does not accept the modification of the terms of service, he or she can stop using the services provided by OCR at any time. If the user continues to enjoy the OCR service, it is deemed to have accepted the changes to the terms of service of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
The validity and interpretation of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the User and OCR Assistants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Chinese courts. If the terms of service provided by OCR are in conflict with the laws of the People's Republic of China, these terms will be reinterpreted in full accordance with the law, while the other terms will still have legal effect and influence on the user.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the agreed matters of this Agreement and other related matters, and does not confer any other rights on the parties to this Agreement except as provided in this Agreement.
9.2 If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
9.3 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and should be disregarded in the interpretation of this Agreement.

Users' comments and suggestions on any part of the Service or any part of the Terms of Service can be fed back to OCR through the official website.
